About Outwork Performance Academy

Outwork Performance Academy is an online coaching service that helps athletes outwork the mind, the classroom, and themselves. Built on mental toughness, academic excellence, and high-performance habits, Outwork combines mental performance and mindset coaching from a former Division I athlete with academic coaching from an educator and EdTech specialist. Through weekly social media content, journaling and performance-tracking tools, and individualized online coaching for athletes and parents, we empower student-athletes with the confidence, discipline, and skills needed to reach their full potential in sports, school, and life.
